Jowy 23/06/10 seller neutral He has paid me back the $1029.43 that was reversed using the 'gift' method in Paypal, allegedly from Paypal balance and not a credit card. Whether or not you believe the story of him getting hacked, at least be a little cautious, perhaps he could be hacked again.
Whatever you think, the likelyhood of him scamming anything small scale, such as buying an item from him, is not very high.
